ツSupercut at a glance

ツSupercut turns a quick screen recording into a shareable video with a transcript, chapters, and an AI assistant, so your team gets the update without a meeting.

1. Record your screen

Launch the ツSupercut recorder from your Mac or Windows app. It's a small widget, so it stays out of your way while you record.

  • Window: record a single app window

  • Screen: record your full display

  • Area: record a selected part of your screen

  • Camera: record just your camera

Click Record to start and Stop when you're done. Your video uploads and opens in ツSupercut straight away.

2. Get your transcript, summary, and chapters

Your video is playable as soon as it's uploaded. ツSupercut works through the content at the same time.

  • A full transcript of everything you said

  • A short summary of the video

  • Chapters on longer recordings, so viewers can jump to the part they need

3. Ask the AI assistant

Open the AI assistant on any video to get what you need without watching all of it. Useful when someone sends you a thirty minute walkthrough.

  • Generate an executive summary of a long recording

  • Ask questions about what was said

  • Answers come back with timestamps and frames you can click to jump to that moment

4. Customize how it looks

Open Customize to change the look of your video.

  • Apply a theme with your own logo

  • Switch the layout between cutout, split, or camera only

  • Add a background

  • Save any of it as your default, so your next recording carries it forward

You'll also find video settings here: playback speed, captions on by default, system sound, comments and reactions, and a toggle for the AI assistant.

5. Edit your video

Open the editor to clean up your recording. It's a transcript editor, so you cut words and the video follows.

  • Delete words in the transcript to cut them from the video

  • Use the timeline for more precise cuts

  • Select a section and add a zoom, then test it before you apply it

  • Change the layout at any point in the video, for example to camera only

Click Publish when you're happy with it. You can publish to the link you already shared, or create a new link from the new version. Your original recording stays untouched.

6. Share it

Open Share to send your video however suits you.

  • Share by link

  • Embed it in an email with the code we generate for you

  • Embed it on your website or blog with the embed code

ツSupercut also generates a thumbnail for you. Open the thumbnail editor to choose a different style, pick another frame of your face, and save your choice as the default.

7. Connect it to your agents

ツSupercut connects to your agents, so a recording can kick off the next step in your workflow.

  • A bug report that creates a Linear ticket, with the video, a summary, and steps to reproduce

  • A walkthrough that writes an SOP in Notion

Your agent can listen out for new ツSupercuts and do this without being prompted each time.

That's it!

Record, and ツSupercut handles the transcript, chapters, and summary. Cut words to edit, change the layout and theme, then share with a link or an embed.

Your team gets the update without another meeting, and without reading a long document.
