1. Open Activity
Click Activity on the side bar, just below the workspace name, to see activity across every workspace you belong to in one place.
Activity shows notifications from every workspace you belong to. If an item happened in a workspace other than the one you're currently viewing, it's tagged with that workspace's name, so you always know where to look.
2. Browse activities
Two tabs let you navigate:
Unread: activities notifications you haven't opened yet
All: your full activities feed
You'll see activities related to:
Someone watched your video
Someone commented to your video
Someone reacted to your video
Someone added a video to a Playlist
Someone shared a Playlist with you
For each activity you'll have a different action. Click any unread notification to jump straight to it.
3. Activity Preview
Hover over an activity item to see a preview.
If it's a comment or reaction, you can read it directly in the preview, no need to open the video. Click Mark as read to move the notification out of the Unread tab.
3. Manage Notifications
Click Manage to open My notifications.
Enable or disable email and Slack alerts for:
Comments and replies
First views on your videos
Playlist shared with you
New videos added to Playlist you're part of
Recording shared shared
