1. Create a Stack

Go to the Stacks section in the left menu, or click New Stack at the top left.

Give your stack a name and optionally a description.

2. Add a video to a Stack

Open any video and click the Stack button on the right. Select an existing stack or create a new one from the menu.

3. Order your videos

Open your stack and use the order dropdown on the right to choose how videos are sorted:

  • Date added: newest videos added to the stack appear first

  • Date recorded: videos appear in the order they were originally recorded

  • Custom order: arrange videos manually in any order you want

If you pick Custom order, click Edit order to start reordering. You can:

  • Drag and drop any video to move it

  • Click the arrows to move a video up, down, or straight to the top

The order you set is what everyone with access sees, including public viewers.

4. View and manage your Stack

Click any stack in the Stacks section to view its videos. To invite people, click the Share button on the right side of the stack.

Choose a role for each person:

  • Admin: full access

  • Editor: can add videos to the stack

  • Viewer: can only watch videos

You can change or remove access at any time. Use the workspace toggle to share a stack with your entire workspace at once.

5. Share publicly

To share outside your workspace, click Share publicly and generate a unique link. Public stacks are branded and can be shared anywhere.

That's it! Stacks keep your videos organised in one place. Group related recordings, set the order viewers see, and share with your team or publicly with a single link.
