Sharing permissions

ツSupercut gives you full control over who can watch your videos, so you can share with the right audience every time.

1. Access the Share Panel

Open the video you want to manage, then click the dropdown next to the Share button at the top right of your ツSupercut. The Share panel shows all sharing options and permission settings for your recording.

2. Share with anyone via a link

Choose Anyone with link to make your video public and accessible to anyone who has the URL. You can still control how people in your workspace interact with it.

  • Set workspace access to view only or full access

  • Add a password for an extra layer of protection

2. Share with your workspace

Choose People at [your workspace] to limit access to your team. Only members of your workspace will be able to open the video.

  • Set workspace access to view only or full access

3. Share with specific people in your workspace

Choose Specific access to share with selected people only. You can pick anyone in your workspace, and adding viewers is free, so you can invite new members whenever you need to. Workspace membership is required because viewers need to log in to Supercut to verify their email.

You can add multiple people and set different access to them.

4. Add password protection

Turn on Password protected to require a custom password. This sits on top of your other sharing settings as an extra layer of control.

  • Share the password only with people who should watch the video

  • Viewers will see a password page when they open the link

  • Change the password at any time to revoke access from previous viewers

5. Set as default

Your selected permission saves automatically. Copy the link and share it with your audience, teammates, or clients.

You can set any of your permissions as default by clicking the star on the top-right side of the panel.

You can update or change permissions at any time from the Share panel. This gives you full control over who can access your ツSupercuts, even after sharing them.

That’s it! Managing permissions helps you share safely and flexibly across different audiences.

💡 Tip: For external sharing, “Anyone with the link” is the easiest option, while “Password protected” ensures privacy for client projects. If you want to share your video only with specific audience use the "Specific access".
