Upload Management

Uploads usually happen automatically in the background as soon as you finish recording or exporting a video. If a video is taking too long to upload, or you want to check what is happening, you can use Upload Management to see every file and its status.

What you will see in Upload Management

Upload Management groups your files by status, so you can quickly spot what needs attention.

Pending: queued and waiting to start uploading
Uploading: currently uploading
Completed: successfully uploaded
Failed: upload did not complete

Tip: If you click a file, you will usually see more details about that upload.

Delayed upload

If your video is taking too long to upload, start here:

  1. Open Upload Management and look for the video under Pending or Uploading.

  2. If it is stuck in Pending, keep Supercut open for a minute to let the queue progress.

  3. If it is stuck in Uploading, check your connection stability and try moving closer to your router or switching to a more reliable network.

  4. If it moved to Failed, open the item and follow the recovery option shown there, such as retrying the upload.

Improve upload reliability

In Upload Management, open the Information tab to review tips that help uploads succeed more consistently. In general, these actions help the most:

• Keep Supercut open until the upload finishes
• Use a stable connection, ideally fast Wi Fi or wired ethernet
• Avoid large downloads, VPNs, or network switches while uploading
• If you are on battery, plug in your laptop to prevent power saving limits
