1. Go to the Loom importer
Open supercut.ai/import/loom in your browser or click on the upload icon on the top-right of your workspace.
Click on the Loom tab.
⚠️ Private videos can't be imported. Make them public first, then run the import.
Note that making a folder public doesn't make the videos inside it public. Each video's own privacy setting is what counts.

2. Import a multiple Loom videos
You can now import the entire list of your loom videos.
Go to Personal Settings on the left side menu.
Scroll down to the "Manage on Loom" section, and click on Download ZIP.
Go to Supercut, and click on load a .txt or .json file. And select the .json file you've just downloaded from loom.
All your videos links will be pasted, ready to be imported.
3. Import Loom folder
Copy the URL of the folder you want to import and paste it into the input field.
Loom folders are private by default so they need to be made public first. Click the three dots and select Make public.
To copy the share link of your Loom folder, you need to click on the three dot, and click on copy link.
Press Copy link to copy the public folder url.
Then paste the folder link into Supercut.
You can import any public or unlisted Loom link works. Private videos cannot be imported.
Your original Loom video is not affected. It stays exactly as it is, be sure you're the owner of the Loom video before importing it.

4. Import a single Loom video
Loom videos are public by default in most cases. You can check if a Loom video is public by clicking the ... button and Share.
The General access should show Public / Anyone with the link can view
5. Import the videos
Click Import from Loom. Supercut will fetch and process the videos.
Import time depends on video length. Most videos are ready in under a minute
Your workspace branding (logo, colors, fonts) is applied automatically
Supercut will generate chapters and a summary, and the AI assistant will be available in your video
⚠️ Layout changes aren't available on imported videos.
When you record in Supercut, your camera and screen are captured as separate tracks, which is what makes layout changes possible. An imported video is a single file, so there are no separate tracks to rearrange.
6. Review and share
Change the theme, modify chapters, and update permissions. When you're happy, share the video.
That's it!
Your Loom is now a Supercut. It has your brand on it, it lives in your workspace, and it's ready to share.
