1. Start in "My Supercuts"
My Supercuts holds every video you have, however it got there.
Videos you upload
Videos you record with the Mac or Windows app
Videos you import from Loom
Until you share a video, it's visible only to you. Videos are not shared with the workspace by default, and there is no folder of all team videos.
2. Choose who can watch
Every video has its own permissions, so you decide how far each one travels.
Anyone with the link
Your team only
Password protected
Specific people in your team

When you change the permissions, the person will not be notified, you'll need to share the link with them.
3. Share a link or a playlist
There are two ways to get a video to your team, and they behave differently.
Share the link. You can copy paste it wherever your team talks, or send by email.
Add the video to a playlist and share the playlist
Sharing a playlist sends your teammates a notification. Sharing a link doesn't, so use a playlist when you want people to know something is waiting for them.
4. Organize with playlists
Playlists group videos without moving them.
Playlists aren't folders, so every video stays in My Supercuts
The same video can sit in as many playlists as you want
Anything you add to a playlist later is visible to the teammates you already shared it with, so you only share once
5. Find videos other people sent you
You will not discover videos your teammates record unless they share them with you. There is no workspace-wide list of everyone else's videos.
They can do that in two ways:
Send you the link. Open it, watch it, and it appears in Shared with me.
Give you access on that specific video in permissions. That is one video at a time, on their side. They still need to send you the link, because changing permissions does not notify you.
After you have opened a video once:
Open Shared with me to revisit anything you've been sent
Filter that list by All, Watched, or Not watched yet to find the one you're after
Use the search bar to search My Supercuts and Shared with me at the same time
That's it!
Videos stay private until the person who made them shares a link or gives you access on that video. There is no folder of all team videos.
Once you open a shared link, it sits in Shared with me, and search covers both My Supercuts and Shared with me.
