Logging in to Supercut

Sign in with Google, a single-use email code, or SSO (for Enterprise plan only)

Written by Supercut

1. Open the login page

Go to the Supercut login page or open the desktop app. You'll see three sign-in options:

  • Continue with Google

  • Continue with Email

  • Continue with SSO (enterprise plans only)

Pick the option that matches how your account was set up.

Supercut doesn't use passwords. We use Google login, email codes or SSO, so there's nothing for you to remember or leak.

2. Log in with Google

If you signed up with Google, this is the quickest way in.

  • Click Continue with Google

  • Choose your Google account, or enter your Google email and password if prompted

  • You'll land directly in your workspace

3. Log in with email

If you signed up with an email address, Supercut sends you a single-use code instead of asking for a password.

  • Click Continue with Email

  • Enter your email address

Open the email from Supercut. It gives you two ways in, so use whichever suits where you are:

  • Click the sign-in link in the email to go straight to your workspace

  • Or copy the 6-character code and type it into Supercut. Use this one when you asked for the code on a different device, like your work laptop

  • Paste the code into Supercut and click continue to enter your workspace

If the code doesn't work

A code belongs to the email address you asked for it with, and it only works once.

  • Enter it with the same email address you typed on the login page. A code sent to one address won't work for another

  • After three wrong tries the code stops working. Request a new one and use that instead

  • Codes expire after about 5 minutes. If yours has run out, request a new one

  • If the email doesn't arrive, check your spam folder, then request a new code

4. Log in with SSO

SSO is available on enterprise plans. If your team uses it, your admin will have set it up.

  • Click Continue with SSO

  • Enter your work email

  • You'll be redirected to your company's identity provider to sign in

That's it!

There's no password to forget or reset. Pick your sign-in method, and you're back in your workspace. If you can't access the email or Google account tied to your workspace, contact your workspace admin or reach out to support.
