1. Open workspace settings
Click your workspace name in the top-left corner, then select General from the dropdown.
2. Update workspace name and link
In this section you can:
Change the workspace name — used internally to identify your workspace.
Edit the shareable link name — the part that appears in video share URLs.
💡 These two names can be different. The shareable link name must be unique; the internal name is just for you and your team.
3. View the default theme
You'll also see the default theme set for your workspace. This is the visual style applied to new recordings. You can change it in the Recording section.
4. Delete a workspace (admins only)
Admins will see a Delete Workspace option at the bottom of the settings page.
To confirm deletion:
Click Delete Workspace
A confirmation popup will appear
Type the workspace name
Click Delete Workspace
⚠️ This action is permanent. Deleting a workspace removes all recordings and content within it and cannot be undone.
