1. Open Workspace Settings
Click the name of your current workspace in the top-left corner of the screen, then select Settings from the dropdown menu.
2. Update Workspace Name and Link
In this section, you can:
Change the workspace name (used internally to identify your workspace)
Edit the shareable link name (the part that appears in URLs when sharing clips)
💡 These two names can be different. The shareable link name must be unique, while the internal name is just for you and your team.
3. Check Default Theme
You’ll also see the default theme applied to your workspace.
This is the visual style used in new recordings and can be changed in the Recording section.
4. Delete a Workspace (Admins Only)
Admins will see a Delete Workspace option at the bottom of the settings page.
To confirm deletion:
Click Delete Workspace
A confirmation popup will appear
Type the workspace name
Click Delete Workspace
⚠️ This action is permanent. Deleting a workspace removes all recordings and content within it and cannot be undone.
