1. Copy the share link
Click the link icon next to the Share button at the top right. The link copies automatically — you'll see a preview in the popup.
2. Customize your thumbnail
To change how your video looks when shared, open the Share menu and select By link.
Click Change thumbnail.
Use the slider to scrub through frames and find the right moment, then click Capture. Click the star above the download button to set that thumbnail as your default for future videos.
3. Set viewing permissions
Decide who can watch your video:
Anyone with the link — public access
Only members of [your workspace] — team only
Password protected — requires a custom password to view
That's it! Copy your link, set your thumbnail, and choose who gets access.
