Set an expiration date on a share link so access ends automatically after a date you choose. It's useful for time-limited access, such as client reviews or sensitive recordings.

Open the Share panel

Open the video, then click the dropdown next to the Share button at the top right. The Share panel shows all sharing and permission options for your recording.

Set an expiration date

Choose an expiration date for the share link. Once that date passes, the link no longer opens the video.

Change or remove it

You can update or remove the expiration date at any time from the Share panel, so you can extend access or make the link permanent again whenever you need to.

That's it!

Link expiration gives you control over how long a video stays accessible. For an extra layer of control, you can also add Password protection.
