Open your workspace settings
Click on the workspace name in the top-left corner of your screen. From the dropdown menu, go to Plan & Billing.
If you have multiple workspaces, make sure you first select the one you want to upgrade. The workspace name will always be shown at the top under “You are viewing workspace: [workspace name]”.
Adjust seats
In the Plan & Billing section, choose how many seats you want to include in your plan. Use the + or – buttons to increase or decrease the number of seats.
If you haven’t invited any team members yet, you’ll see that only “1 seat is being used” (your own). You can click the link "being used" to go straight to your Team menu and invite additional members. Learn how to invite users to your workspace.
Choose your subscription type
Select whether you’d like to subscribe Monthly or Yearly.
With a yearly plan, you save 20% (the equivalent of 2 months free).
Proceed to checkout
Click on your preferred subscription option, and you’ll be taken to the checkout page. Here you can:
Review the final price
Enter your email address
Add your payment method
Apply a promotion code (optional)
If you have a promo code, click Add promotion code under the subtotal. Enter your code, and you’ll see the discount applied to your subtotal and total.
Confirm and upgrade
Once all information is filled in, click Pay and Subscribe.
Your upgrade will take effect right away 🎉. You can adjust the number of seats at any time, or cancel your subscription whenever you need.
