Viewer Properties

Viewer Properties allow you to generate custom URLs that capture specific data in your analytics. This feature helps you track exactly where your viewers are coming from and what context they're viewing your content in.

1. Go to Properties

Click the Share button and select "By Link". In the link sharing options, you'll find the Properties section where you can add custom tracking parameters.

2. Add properties

Click to add a new property. Enter the property name (for example, "campaign", "source", or "client_name"). You can optionally add a test value to see how it will appear in the URL. If you don't add a test value, it will show as "XX" as a placeholder. You can add multiple properties to track different dimensions of your viewer data.

3. Save and Share

Once you've added all the properties you need, save your changes. The system will generate a unique URL with your custom properties embedded. Copy this link and share it with your audience through email, social media, or any other channel.

4. Check analytics

After viewers start using your custom links, head to your Analytics dashboard. Your custom properties will appear as columns in your viewer analytics table, allowing you to analyze viewer behavior based on the parameters you set up.

That's it! You can now create targeted share links and gain deeper insights into your audience.
