1. Open the Editor

Go to any of your recorded videos. Click the Edit button in the top-right corner.

You'll be taken straight into the editor interface.

2. Editing Options

At the top of the editor, you'll see 3 options:

  • Auto-edit: The AI will automatically make suggested changes, such as cutting filler words or awkward silences, to improve your video. This can serve as a starting point.

  • Silences: Remove silent pauses in your video.

  • Filler: Eliminate common filler words (e.g., "um," "uh")

You can at any moment revert all the changes with the arrows icon.

3. Manual Editing Features

The manual editor offers several tools to customize your video content.

Manually delete specific parts of your video

To remove a section of your video:

  • Click and drag to select the segment you want to remove

  • Click the scissors icon, or press Delete on your keyboard

Changing Video Layout

Layout: Select a segment of your video, then click the layout icon (first icon in the toolbar). Choose from:

  • Camera only — shows the speaker

  • Screen only — shows the shared screen

  • Default layout — your pre-selected recording layout

You can apply different layouts to different segments of the same video.

Timeline

For more precise edits, click Show Timeline in the bottom-right. Zoom in on the timeline to adjust cuts and layout changes with greater accuracy.

Zooms

Select a point in your video where you want to highlight something. The camera will zoom into that part of the screen.

Once you've positioned it, click Apply.

4. Publish your edited video

When you're happy with your changes, click the Publish button in the top-right corner.

Publishing creates a new version of your video. Your original recording stays untouched. The new version will be labelled in sequence (e.g. "Version 3") and you can switch back to the original at any time.

That's it!

The editor lets you trim, cut, reformat, and zoom, all without touching your original recording. Share a tighter version, go back to the original, or keep iterating. Every edit stays non-destructive.
